Role Description

The Senior Content Manager is the chief storyteller of the company, and should articulate how its products and services solve specific customer challenges and meet market demands. Must be a high-energy individual with an outward looking marketing mindset and a sophisticated understanding of customer, business, and technology landscape.

Must have skills and abilities:

  • Clear thinker with the ability to understand technology products and services, develop keen insights and translate them into multiple content formats
  • Top-notch writing and editorial skills and a polished understanding of standard editorial styles
  • Ability to tailor content for different user groups and for different content formats
  • Hands on writer with demonstrable ability to guide and develop thought leadership content
  • Excellent ability to mentor and manage a content development team and build a high-performance culture

Responsibilities:

  • The Senior content manager will own the creation and direction of all content development initiatives across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Will be responsible for managing and updating the website, produce and continuously update standard marketing collaterals including corporate and service presentations, pitch decks, and customer success stories.
  • Develop thought leadership content in form of blogs, white papers, and e-books
  • Own all corporate communications both internal and external including newsletters, employee mailers, Press releases etc.
  • Assist the CMO to support brand building (employee, and employer)
  • Be the custodian and drive engagement across all social media channels
  • Support digital marketing efforts with content tailored for SEO including landing pages and other leadgen formats.
  • Develop storyboards and scripts for Videos and Webinars
  • Ensure consistency of communication across all formats
  • Measure the content performance with analytics and consistently improve metrics
  • Manage the content repository

Educational requirements

Graduate degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Humanities with a high-level of exposure to enterprise-grade technology products, services, and industry trends

Experience

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience working as part of a high-performance content development organization, preferably in the Enterprise Software field with at least 2-3 years of leading a cross-functional team.
