DevOps Engineer

Experience : 4+ years

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure
  • Experience with Python and other scripting languages such as Perl, Ruby etc
  • Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process for enterprise SaaS and on-prem applications using tools like Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etc
  • Expertise in Linux System Admin and Bash Scripting
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Fabric, Puppet or SaltStack
  • Hands-on experience in building and administering VMs and Containers using tools such as Docker, Vagrant, Kubernetes

Headend Development Engineer

Experience : 3 - 9 years
Location : Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of ATSC3.0 broadcast chain components such as
    • NRT server
    • DASH Packager. MMT packager
    • MUXER
    • ATSC 3.0 gateway
  • Ability to generate HLD and LLD documents
  • Enabling encryption support for broadcasting channels
  • Should be a part of solution designing and code reviews
  • Updated with latest on ATSC 3.0 standards, to be able to build the next generation broadcasting solutions
  • Act both as a team lead and as an individual contributor, when required.

Inside Sales Executive

Experience : 4-6 Years
Location : Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
  • Will handle end to end Lead Generation process across different geographical locations
  • Accountable to find prospect companies and identifying the key contacts through primary research and secondary sources in US and Indian market.
  • Preparing generated lead companies’ reports comprising of their revenue growth, competitors, their business model, and current company news.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in Sales
  • Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system

Technical Support Engineer

  • Monitor the ZenDesk Ticket system for any unassigned tickets from the customers
  • Acknowledge and respond to the customers within the defined SLA’s
  • Assign the tickets to the technical teams within the defined SLA’s

Java Developer (MTS-III)

Experience : 3-6 years
Location : Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
  • Writing well designed, efficient, testable code using Java, Spring, SpringBoot, JPA technologies
  • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
  • Contributing in all phases of development lifecycle
  • Support continuous improvements by investigating alternatives and technologies and present for architectural review

.NET Programmer

Experience : 2 - 4 years

Analytics Engineer

Experience : 4 - 6 years
Location : Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
  • Configure the environment per the documented configuration requirements
  • Work closely with the customers to capture the requirements and provide the necessary architectural guidance
  • Develop, test and deliver integrations for customers to provide highly scalable and repeatable integrations
  • Perform deployments of the software to customer non-production and production environments
  • Understand and demonstrate all use cases to customer users
  • Perform unit and functional testing of new features and configuration
  • Triage and resolve implementation issues
  • Develop scripts and tools that improve team efficiency, implementation quality and consistency
  • Create knowledge-based articles and documentation to help partner and SnapLogic implementation team members

Technical Writer

Experience : 4 years

Responsibilities:
  • Write technically accurate, concise, and easy-to-understand content.
  • Good understanding of DDLC process
  • Work with the SMEs to understand the modules and develop the content with a quick turnaround time.
  • Sprint with Dev, QA, BA, and other teams
  • Produce various documents such as user guides, release notes, admin guides, and on boarding walkthroughs
  • Manage multiple projects and meet documentation deliverable deadlines
  • Seamlessly work independently or as a part of the team.
  • Basic understanding of Jira
  • Good understanding of MSTP
  • Create videos using tools such as Camtasia or Captivate
  • Spearhead documentation efforts by coming with innovative ideas.

Senior QA Engineer

Experience : 4+ years
Location : Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures on automation.
  • Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution.
  • Partner with engineering teams to stay informed of new technologies being introduced and to ensure that system components are designed for testability.
